ks99 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ks99 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ks99 and its users ("you" or "user"). By using the ks99 website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms listed below.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. ks99 reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the website.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create an account on the ks99 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a region where using our platform is legal.
• You must not be a previously removed or banned user from ks99.
• Each person may hold only one account.

2.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. If false or incorrect information is provided, ks99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account. As part of the verification process, we may request an identity document or other supporting documents.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

ks99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made using a method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to the processing of withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit (same-method policy).
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the ks99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted and processed where applicable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered members on ks99 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions — please read the details of the relevant offer.
• Multiple bonus offers from a single account cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, ks99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• You are free to play by depositing without a bonus.

The ks99 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active participation, you will have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at the platform's discretion.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ks99 is committed to ensuring fair play. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of automated software (bots) on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

6.2 Betting Restrictions

• In any sports betting — including cricket, football, or kabaddi — bets may only be placed on designated markets and options.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain an artificial advantage is prohibited.
• If a bet is cancelled for any reason, the stake will be returned to the user's account.
• ks99 reserves the right to void any winnings from betting markets or odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) process. ks99 works to ensure the accuracy and transparency of games, and records are kept for every round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks99 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the website to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or spreading false information.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts, or software.

If such activities are detected, ks99 may suspend or permanently close the account and notify the relevant authorities.
